We began 2006 with our very own Pesta Famili 2005. Thank you to Ylo for attempting to wake us up in the morning (2 missed calls & 1 sms). All of us got ready in a record time of 45 mins. Headed down to Downtown East after picking up Mak from her mengaji class at Onan Road.

Bowling competition started off at 11 am (supposed to be 10.30 am but due to 'janji jawa', a late start). 18 participants occupied 3 'noisy' lanes with Muhammad and Sufi entering late due to extra places being booked. As usual, we have many 'longkangs', strikes and spares. Due to lack of practice (ehem ehem), I had many balls that went either left or right. Ami (1st time bowler) even had a higher score (paiseh!!!) than me! Who won??? Who else!!!

After bowling, some went for jemputan while us plus Wani se-family & 3x se-family, spent our time at Wild Wild Wet from for almost 2 hours FREE!!! (courtesy from Mamat who handed us his NTUC Recreation Fund $100 vouchers). Sabryna became more 'chao tar'!!!

Time for Amazing Race after Asar. Our team (No. 7 - Me, Abah, Fuad, Mak & Sabryna) started with the Pasir Ris Maze checkpoint. We had to endure heavy rain plus a lot of running (still have not recuperated yet!!). Then we went to the Fish Farm followed by the Changi Prison, Changi Hospital & Changi Village. We short of one checkpoint since we did not know where the heck it was!!!! At Changi Hospital, eeiry feeling surrounded us!! Nearly wanted to give up especially since I had a bad dream last night!! Both me & Abah quickly took photo at the lift and left hurriedly!!!

We ended the night with prize presentations after having a sumptous bbq with heavy rain coming down on and off. Our team got 4th for Amazing Race & 2nd for Blog Video. Plus Sabryna get to cut cake with all the cousins, aunties, uncles, grandpas & grandmas. Happy birthday to you darling and of course, Abah!!
